I'm an operator, not an advisor.

I've spent 13+ years inside agencies and service businesses as a Fractional COO and VP of Operations, taking on the operational problems that show up when a business grows faster than the way it runs.

Scattered tools. Manual work nobody should be doing. Decisions that keep coming back to the founder. Teams growing faster than the systems supporting them.

My approach is simple: diagnose the constraint, architect the operating system, then build what the business actually needs. That might mean redesigning workflows, clarifying ownership, rebuilding a core system, or implementing automation and AI where it genuinely removes work.

Most of what gets sold as an ops fix is another piece of software. I've watched agencies buy their way into more tools nobody updates. The work that holds up is less impressive: define how work actually moves, build it into the way the team operates, and automate only what has earned it.
